SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Thank you for shopping with Rosewood Jewellery.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our online store.

Rosewood Jewellery is operated by ERRORU V.O.F.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Shipping Within Australia

We currently offer free standard shipping Australia-wide, unless otherwise stated during checkout or as part of a specific promotion.

Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We currently operate as an online store and do not offer customer collection or pickup.

2. Order Processing

Most orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders are generally processed Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, sales events or holidays, processing may occasionally take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation containing available tracking information.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

For most Australian orders, the estimated total delivery time is approximately:

6-10 business days, including processing and shipping.

This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances such as:

  • Carrier delays.
  • Customs or border inspections.
  • Severe weather.
  • Public holidays.
  • High seasonal demand.
  • Remote delivery locations.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to assist if your order becomes significantly delayed.

4. International Fulfilment

Rosewood Jewellery works with international fulfilment and logistics partners.

This means your order may be prepared and dispatched from a warehouse or fulfilment facility located outside Australia.

Using international fulfilment partners allows us to offer our collection to Australian customers while maintaining our online-only business model.

Rosewood Jewellery remains your point of contact for customer service, shipping questions and order-related issues.

You do not need to contact our suppliers or fulfilment partners directly.

5. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

All orders delivered to Australia are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

This means Rosewood Jewellery covers applicable:

  • Import duties.
  • Import taxes.
  • Customs clearance charges.

associated with the original delivery of your order to Australia.

These costs are included in the amount charged to you at checkout.

You should therefore not be required to pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees when your order is delivered.

If you are unexpectedly asked to pay import duties or customs clearance charges, please contact us at:

info@rosewood-jewellery.com

before making payment so that we can investigate the situation.

DDP applies to the original delivery of your order.

It does not mean that Rosewood Jewellery covers return shipping or return-related customs costs for voluntary change-of-mind returns. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

6. Separate Parcels

In some circumstances, products from the same order may be dispatched separately.

This may occur where:

  • Products are stored at different fulfilment facilities.
  • Products are prepared at different times.
  • Separate shipping routes are more efficient.
  • Different logistics partners are used.

If your order is sent in multiple parcels, the parcels may arrive on different days.

Where available, separate tracking information may be provided for each parcel.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we choose to send your order in separate parcels.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been dispatched.

In some cases, tracking can remain unchanged while the parcel is travelling between international shipping facilities.

This does not necessarily mean that your parcel has stopped moving.

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusually long period, please contact:

info@rosewood-jewellery.com

and we will review the available shipping information.

8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Please carefully check:

  • Your full name.
  • Street address.
  • House or apartment number.
  • Suburb.
  • State or territory.
  • Postcode.
  • Contact details.

before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to correct the information before dispatch where possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.

Rosewood Jewellery is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused solely by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

9. Delivery Confirmation

A parcel may be recorded as delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to:

  • The delivery address provided with the order.
  • An authorised safe location.
  • A parcel locker or collection point selected by the customer.
  • An authorised recipient.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your property and any authorised safe locations.
  2. Check with household members or neighbours where appropriate.
  3. Check whether the carrier has provided additional delivery information.
  4. Contact us if the parcel still cannot be located.

A delivery scan does not prevent you from raising a genuine non-delivery claim.

Where appropriate, we will investigate the matter with the relevant delivery provider.

10. Delayed Orders

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Occasional delays can happen during international transport.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact:

info@rosewood-jewellery.com

and include your:

  • Full name.
  • Order number.

We will check the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider.

Where an order cannot be supplied or delivered within a reasonable period, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

11. Missing or Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner before determining the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include:

  • Further delivery investigation.
  • Replacement.
  • Refund.
  • Another remedy required under applicable law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

12. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels

A parcel may be returned to us or our fulfilment partner where:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts.
  • The parcel is not collected from a collection point.
  • Delivery is refused.
  • Other circumstances prevent successful delivery.

If your parcel is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, please contact us.

Where reasonably possible, we may offer redelivery.

Reasonable additional shipping costs caused solely by incorrect customer-provided information, failure to collect a parcel or voluntary refusal of delivery may be the customer's responsibility where legally permitted.

This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by our error or where doing so would restrict rights under applicable consumer law.

13. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged.
  • Faulty.
  • Incorrect.
  • Incomplete.
  • Significantly different from its description.

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

info@rosewood-jewellery.com

Where reasonably available, include:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs or videos.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.

Where a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Where a return is reasonably required for a confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, reasonable return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

14. Risk During Delivery

Risk of loss or damage remains with Rosewood Jewellery until your order has been delivered to you or to a person authorised by you to receive it.

Once delivery has been completed to an authorised recipient or location, responsibility may transfer to the customer subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.

15. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • Our fulfilment arrangements.
  • Delivery providers.
  • Shipping timeframes.
  • Business operations.
  • Applicable legal requirements.

The shipping conditions applicable when your order was placed will generally continue to apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.

The latest version and update date will be available on our Website.
