We offer a 30-day return period. Items must be returned in suitable condition and meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy.

Most pieces are suitable for regular exposure to water and sweat, while others require a little more care. You can check the jewellery care page for more information. To help preserve the finish, we recommend drying your jewellery after contact with water or sweat.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7-12 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take a little longer due to carrier delays, customs, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.
